Internationalization Vermouths

The 2024 Virtual Vermouths for Mobility and Internationalization are a connection and support device for the resident artists at La Caldera in 2024, going beyond the times dedicated to research, creation, and production at the heart of the house. It is a space for conversation and agency to share – on a professional level – with agents, prescribers, programmers, and artistic directors from local, national, and international contexts; the nature of our residents, their desires as creators, and the needs for their projects and careers in the medium and long term. A series of meetings with committed and trustworthy allies, facilitated by the La Caldera team together with Marta Oliveres’ experience and intuition in designing the device itself.

The 2024 Virtual Vermouths for Mobility and Internationalization are a prototype of action, communication, and networking, strategically designed as a support and promotion forum for the artists in La Caldera's annual program, as well as an exercise in national and international positioning of the institution itself, in view of a future Mobility and Internationalization Platform, La Caldera Magnètic, which will be held in person, with its first edition in 2025.
